Meco Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") only applies to Meco (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") products and/or services provided by MIYA ONLINE TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. I. What Personal Information we collect

When you use the Platform services, we may collect and process your personal information through various ways, including those provided by you or automatically collected during the process of our services, which may also include information provided to us by a third party. The collection and processing of such information is essential to the normal provision of services on our platform.

1. Your account information

When you register or log in to our services, we will collect information related to your account, including your mobile phone number, email address, user ID, password provided (set) actively when you register or log in to the service, as well as your avatar information and date of birth that may be provided when you set up the basic information of your account.

Please note that if you login with a third-party platform account, we may collect information related to your third-party account, such as the user ID, avatar, nickname and verification information of the third-party account. The specific information is subject to the authorization provided by the third-party platform you choose.

2. Artificial Intelligence interaction information

When you enter the platform to formally use our artificial intelligence interactive services, we need to analyze and calculate the text information you input, so as to combine the context and give you feedback on the output content suitable for you. At the same time, we also need your praise, report, re-input and other evaluation information to improve our service quality.

Due to the technical characteristics of artificial intelligence interaction, artificial intelligence may ask you questions involving your personal information, and the text information you input may also contain some of your personal information, which is inevitable in the process of providing services on the Platform. You may choose not to answer or skip the relevant questions, or choose to provide non-personal information in order to avoid providing us with relevant personal information. This may affect the quality of the chat interaction service that the AI continues to provide, but the impact is generally temporary and does not prevent you from continuing to use the service. At the same time, we ask you not to provide other people's personal information unless you have obtained the consent of others or can provide such information according to laws and regulations.

3. Transaction information.

When you obtain rewards by purchasing services, using services or participating in specific activities, we will collect your transaction information, including recharge records, consumption records, service usage information such as virtual props, order information (goods, amount, payment method), account balance information such as platform virtual coins.

4. Device information and log information

In order to ensure the stability and security of the system when you use our software, protect the service experience and legitimate rights and interests of you and other users, maintain the normal operation of the software and services, prevent your personal information from being illegally obtained, and more accurately prevent fraud and protect account security, we need to collect your device information and log information.

Among them, Device information includes the model, operating system and version of the device you use when using the Service, the version number of this product, and the unique device identifier (such as MAC address/IMEI/ IMSI/ Android ID /OAID/GUID) /UUID), screen resolution, system language, carrier information, device name, time zone and configuration, network access method, type, and quality. The log information includes running crash log, account login log, account status, violation record, search record, browsing record, and interactive release record.

This includes providing and maintaining the content and functionality of the Services, fulfilling obligations arising from our contract with you, creating your account and profile, completing payments and transactions, and completing customer service.

2. Provide artificial intelligence interactive services

Provides you with personalized AI and allows you to personalize your profile, interests, and AI partners. Enabling you to have personalized and safe conversations and interactions with your AI and continuously improve.

3. Service stability and security activities

To prevent fraud, criminal activity and illegal use or misuse of our services, and to ensure the security and stability of our IT systems, architecture and networks.

4. Service analysis and improvement

After aggregating, anonymizing and de-identifying personal information, we further analyze the use and effectiveness of our services, improve our services and add features. Develop our business and marketing strategy.

1. Delegate

3. Public disclosure

Iv. How do we store your personal information

1. Our services are available to users worldwide. Currently, all personal information, together with our operational data, is stored on servers in Singapore or the United States. Your personal information may be transferred to and stored outside your country or region.

2. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which we collected the information. In order to determine the appropriate retention period of personal information, we will consider the quantity, nature and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm caused by unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, and the legal and regulatory requirements for the purpose for which we process your personal information. In general, your personal information will be retained for at least the period of time during which your account is not cancelled. If your account is cancelled or the service ceases to operate, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized as applicable law applies.

Vi. How do you realize the right to manage your personal information

(4) If you find that your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request the personal information processor to correct or supplement it;

(5) You have the right to request the personal information processor to explain its personal information processing rules;

(6) Delete your personal information by logging out of your account;,you can delete personal information by logging out of your account in App Settings or through the webpage

(7) Other rights granted to you by the laws and regulations of your country or region.

2.If you do not wish to continue using our services, you can choose to cancel our account.

(1)  After account cancellation, your personal information will be deleted (or processed according to applicable laws and regulations). If there are other legal reasons that require retention for a longer period of time, we will extend the retention period accordingly and ensure that the relevant information will not be diverted for other purposes;

(2)  You can apply for cancellation from us through the following channels: click on the menu button in the upper left corner of the main interface, click on the settings button in the upper right corner of the menu, and then click on the account cancellation option on the settings page. You can follow the prompts in the account cancellation process to proceed with the operation;

(3)  Please be aware that we will conduct a reasonable review of your cancellation application. If we find any inappropriate cancellation matters in your account, such as large unused value-added services, pending disputes or reports, we may suspend or reject your cancellation application. You can consult us to understand the reasons for suspending or rejecting your cancellation application;

(4)  We will set a 30 day waiting period for your account cancellation application, so that you can calmly consider whether to confirm the cancellation of your account and for us to review whether your account meets the cancellation conditions. During the waiting period, you cannot use the account again to access our services. If the waiting period ends and we confirm that you are not in an unsuitable situation for cancellation, your account will be finally cancelled. If you log in to your account again and become active within 30 days, it will be deemed that you have waived the cancellation, and we will terminate your account cancellation application.

 

3. You can find convenient ways to exercise your rights related to personal information in the [Personal Center] or [Settings]. If some of your rights are not satisfied, please contact us at any time according to the contact information disclosed in this Policy and inform us of the right request you want us to assist in responding to. Timely processing of your claims.

4. Please be aware that we may not be able to respond to your request under the following circumstances:

(1) related to our performance of obligations under laws and regulations;

(3) those directly related to public security, public health and major public interests;

(5) we have sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

(7) Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;

Vii. How do we protect the personal information of minors

2.
